If, after downloading and installing the software, you encounter a technical problem that prevents you from using the software, please write to us. We will work with you to ascertain the cause. If the problem cannot be resolved, we offer a full refund.
If, during the first 30 days, you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, we offer a full refund. Write to us and we will explain how to remove your license key. After 30 days, you are deemed to have accepted the product and no refund can be offered.
Licenses (see Pricing) must be redeemed within 30 days and are non-transferable.
