If, after installing the software, you encounter problems that prevent you from using it, you should contact us. We will work with you to try to find the cause of the issue. If we cannot fix the problem, and you have paid for the software, we will give you a full refund.
If you're not satisfied with the software during the first 30 days after you start using it (the evaluation period), you can get a refund. This applies only if you have actually placed an order for the software before the end of the 30-day evaluation period. If you want to get the refund, you need to contact us, and we will explain how to deactivate your license key.
Once the 30-day trial period is over, if you haven't asked for a refund, it is assumed that you have accepted the software. After this period, you can no longer get a refund.
The licenses for the software are non-transferable, which means you cannot give your license to someone else to use. Each license is for use on a single machine, so each installation requires its own license.
